Meet the Greeks (September 9, 2020)
We welcome you to meet the active members from over 30 UIC Fraternity and Sorority chapters and learn about their values/missions, the recruitment processes and timelines of joining in each semester, and how to become a member!
Meet the Greeks will be VIRTUAL this FALL 2020, and we will utilize the same technology platform as that of the CSI Involvement Fair (held September 1-4, 2020).

Fraternities and Sororities in the VIRTUAL Meet the Greeks platform will feature:
*Virtual “tables” or booths to visit with active members in one seamless program
*Live video/text chat with active members for designated periods
*Follow-up messaging from active members to return your communication
*Any special video performances to watch for a Step, Stroll, or Salute, or video/media clips that summarize their organization
Any student is eligible to join a fraternity/sorority chapter with a minimum cumulative 2.50 GPA (includes all first-year students, transfer students, and students at any undergraduate class level).
Collegiate Panhellenic Council (CPC) RECRUITMENT – Women’s Organizations
- Fall 2020: September 24-27, 2020 (ALL VIRTUAL)
-CPC and the women’s organizations within the Collegiate Panhellenic Council, will collectively host their recruitment in a virtual setting for the next CPC Primary Recruitment in Fall 2020, including:

- Delta Phi Epsilon
- Lambda Zeta Chi
- Phi Sigma Sigma

Interfraternity Council (IFC) RECRUITMENT – Men’s Organizations
ALL VIRTUAL – Fall 2020: Monday – Friday, September 14-18, 2020

Greeks of the Pan-Asian American Council (GPAAC) RECRUITMENT – Men’s & Women’s Organizations
Join us Fall 2020 to meet the GPAAC exec board and representatives from all active GPAAC fraternities and sororities, who will share council-wide information, then connect you to individual fraternity/sorority organization recruitment events, information sessions, and social outlets throughout the rest of the week.
Latino Greek Council (LGC) RECRUITMENT – Men’s & Women’s Organizations
LGC is calling you! This Fall 2020, meet the Latino Greek Council (LGC) and representatives from all active LGC fraternities and sororities, who will connect you to individual fraternity/sorority organization recruitment events, information sessions, and outlets to express your interest in joining.
Recruitment from all LGC fraternities & sororities begins in September 2020, and will continue throughout the fall.
- Connect individually with each organization from your time shared with them and stay current and connected on chapter social media for more detailed information on each organization.
