FSL International Badge Day

International Badge Day started in 1997 by the National Panhellenic Conference as a way to honor sisterhood in the Fraternity and Sorority Life community. The date at the beginning of March, recognized during National Women's History Month, and later identified as International Badge Day, supported the inaugural campaign: “It’s as Simple as Wearing your Pin … With Pride.”
Here at UIC, the Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) community has now adopted this day as a way to recognize ALL members in all organizations, while showcasing to the campus that we wear our membership pins (badges) with pride.
--> We invite ALL affiliated students, faculty, staff, alumni, and supporters to wear any/all fraternity or sorority membership pins (badges), jewels, colors, letters, or other insignia, to showcase pride on this special Badge Day!
