As a student interesting in joining, it is an exciting time to consider what is important for you as you seek an authentic sense of belonging. Recruitment events will offer you the opportunity to get to know active student members in each UIC organization and ask mutually beneficial questions about a lifelong commitment to supporting fraternal values.
The process of exploring membership in a fraternity or sorority is known as recruitment. During the recruitment period, active members in fraternities and sororities actively seek out new members with values that align to their organization.
